A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Courtenay address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Courtenay branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Courtenay, ND property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Courtenay roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Water Damage Repair in Courtenay isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Courtenay, ND, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Courtenay, ND warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Courtenay property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Courtenay call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Courtenay jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Courtenay team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Courtenay crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Courtenay rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Courtenay, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Courtenay accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Courtenay get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Courtenay drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Local staging inside Courtenay, ND means Courtenay response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Tell our Courtenay dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Courtenay crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Courtenay job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Courtenay work order we issue. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
